1. Orders Fulfilled by Inprocure.ai
Where products or services are sold directly by Inprocure.ai:
- Orders may be cancelled before shipment.
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, subject to supplier terms and conditions.
- Items must be unused and in original packaging.
- Refunds are processed after inspection and approval.
- Defective or incorrect items are eligible for a full refund, including return shipping costs.
2. Marketplace Seller Orders
For orders fulfilled by third-party sellers:
- Return and refund policies are defined by individual sellers.
- Buyers must review seller policies before making a purchase.
- Inprocure.ai may assist in dispute resolution but is not responsible for seller obligations.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items, including custom orders, perishable goods, and digital services, may not be eligible for return.
These items will be clearly marked at the time of purchase.
4. Refund Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method,
subject to payment processor timelines.
